Got a call from this #. No message

I get calls all day long from this number they never leave a message

They keep calling, had 11 calls within 2 hours. no message.

This number called 5x yesterday without leaving a message.  They also call from another number seconds later, both having caller ID of "800 Numer".  Today after 5 calls before noon (the first ~ 7:30 a.m.) I tried to answer and nothing but dead air.  After the next call, I answered again and they said that they were calling about life insurance I had requested.  I said I didn't request the information and caller kept going on, now calling me by my first name.  I was not rude (even though so wanted to) and said "I know it can't be fun having people be rude and if you could have another job you would.  I don't want to waste your time, but I have life insurance, don't want to waste your time and could please remove my name.  He agreed to both statements about his job and said would remove my name.  I had one more call and so far, nothing more.  Even though we want to be nasty, most of these people are taking the job from need.  If you can bite your tongue, usually they will stop.

Received several calls from this #. When I picked up the person stated they were responding to my request for life insurance. I let them know I did not ask for it and please take me off your calling list. Before I could finish, she hung up

This number is a scam and I have reported them to the FTC. This number is in violation of the Telephone Consumers Act 1991. Each time this # calls, it's $500-1500 they will owe you should you decide to take legal action.
