Recording said "Listen carefully about a Kroger's recall. This call will end in 8 seconds." After only hearing music playing for 3 to 4 seconds, I quickly ended call. These scammers are attempting to probably make some switches to use YOUR phone for their own personal use and YOU get the bill. Nothing is said again after that comment; only music playing so 8 seconds is not going to get you any so called "recall info."

Research shows this number is apparently from Fieldbrook Farms Corporation in regards to a 'possible Listeria contamination' on some of their ice cream bar products.  Seems legitimate but if it's only giving you an 8 second message, that's a bit fishy.

call came in at 4:00 Saturday the caller id was 800 Service. I let the call go to voice mail. No message left. Blocking this call.

They called again today (Wednesday)3:50, 4:01 & 4:12,4:21. A lot of calls informing people of a recall with out leaving a voice message. I called the number from my blocked line and it is Filbrick Foods. The answering voice gives loads of options, but not one thing is mentioned about a recall, which I think would be easier than calling a number 4 times in less than an hour so I don’t think the caller is Filbrick Foods. I believe the Filbrick number has been spoofed.

This number has called me 14 times today. No message left. Blocked

Said he was calling for Kroger informing me of recall of food I had purchased that may have been contaminated with listeria. I waited for the message. He gave me accurate item, purchase date, and package code. I took it back to the store the next day and got my money back even though i had already opened and eaten one. Seems to be legitimate.

This number called me a total is 36 times on 1/17/18 (every 7 minutes until approx. 7:35) and 14 times on 1/18/18 (every 5 minutes). I called the number back and listened to the prompts. The one I used was extremely 5001. I spoke to a person who told me about the listeria recall and said they got my number from BJ’s. I told her about the excessive calls and also that I didn’t buy any product she had mentioned. She took my phone number and told me I would receive no more calls and I haven’t!!!
