This caller leaves a message on the machine but never states who the call is for, only that is not a sales call.  Just leaves the 1-800-333-1693 to call back to.  They also do not state who they are or in any form why they are calling.

doctors in Stillwater or Stillwater Medical Center

I just received a call but it showed up as an unknown number on my cell phone. They left a message to call 1-800-333-1693 and said it was not a sales call but a business call and to call them back. I do not answer blocked number phone calls as this is my cell phone and I pay for my minutes. If they can't leave a detailed message then I do not try to call them back and this one did not leave a detailed message.

Said it was CBSA phone call and when I googled it that is a border organization. ... I have never been to any borders.

Identified themselves as CBSA, a Debt Collector. They called with a Blocked Number on a cell number rarely known and used. Take extreme precaution.

I received a voicemail from a private number saying that they were CBSA, a debt collection agency.  I am not aware of any outstanding debts, and will be chalking this up as spam.

This number calls my house phone daily. I have no outstanding debts or anything that has gone to collections.
It's getting to be a nuisance.
