Scammer criminal not using the no call list.

Called at 06:59 in the AM to tell me my tv & satellite needed to be registered or they’d pull service.  I ask him why was he calling at 7am to tell me that & hung up.

Calling, supposedly, from Direct TV, and asking me if I was having trouble with my service. I don't have Direct TV. I have never had Direct TV. I will never have Direct TV. Loud call center, VOIP call, TERRIBLE accent.

So tiresome.

this number is not from AT&T. he is an Indian (India) scammer for sure.

same ATT scam...blocked now.  No time today to play games with foreign call center.

Foreigner calling himself “Mike” about my TV services. Cussed him out and hung up. This [***] needs a class action lawsuit against all the phone services and those who sell our information!!!!  Who is in on getting this ball rolling????

You don't need anyone else to "get the ball rolling".  All you need to do is hire an attorney and file a lawsuit.  They will get it certified as a class action.  So, we are all waiting for you to get off your duff and start this lawsuit for us.

Poor guy just hung up on me after I answered with a cheerful 'hello.' I was happy to hear a live caller instead of a recording, but he destroyed my hope when he ditched me.

Asked for me to turn my television on.  I replied no.  Then he asked how many televisions I had and I told him I will not answer any questions.  He kindly said goodbye.

Dave replies to Big AGood luck getting a lawsuit started, these callers are outside of the USA and change there numbers frequently. They steal the numbers and use what is called burn phones, can't trace the call.  Just don't answer the call!

When you get a call from a number you think may be spam/a scam, answer with the name of a business and ask "How may I help you?"  I did that a couple times just for grins, and since then, have gotten almost no more of these calls.
