1) Unknown CID. 2) No VM. 3) Blocked.

I answered it because I was expecting a call and didn't know the number it would show.  Recorded message said it was AT&T and wanted me to validate my wireless password.

Someone called from this number 800-333-5500 and they never left a voice message so i went ahead and blocked it

this number just called me when i was reporting the 800-333-500 and the same never left a voice message.  robot call proper.  It shows Leonard, TX - don't know anyone from that place

Call from this number. Robot. Said dear at&t customer, we value the security of your information and want to verify your at&t passcode. Please press one to verify now. Hung up, never give out your passcodes to anyone.

I received a call from my cell phone from this number 11:22 am on 03/20/18. It's listed as "unknown".

Beware, because reading that people above have gotten a voicemail claiming to be from AT&T asking for a password, it is probably going around with scam e-mails too.

I have received 2 emails from "customersupportt@att.net" asking me for my password. (Please notice the type-o that e-mail address.) Please forward those to abuse@att.net if you get them.

I answered the call but didnt speak. I just held the line.No one said anything after 10 seconds. I hung up. Blocked number.

Had my cell on DND so the bot/caller had to call twice to get the phone to ring. I didn't pick up b/c I didn't recognize number and they didn't leave a voicemail. Thanks for info and am blocking the number.

I got the same type of automated call claiming to be from AT&T and to press 1 to verify my passcode.  I hung up and called AT&T just to verify that it was not a legitimate call.  They said they would never call or email asking for a. Ustomer's passcode.

Automated voice from AT&T and wanted a pass code. Got 2 calls from this number on my 2 different phone lines.

Received call but did not pick up. Decided to call the # back. It went to voice mail with a woman’s voice that said “your call is being forwarded to a SureTel voicemail system...” in place of where someone would say their name a man’s voice said “...’this is not ATT’, (back to a woman’s voice) is out of the office. No messages may be taken for this mailbox. Thank you for calling.” Then call was dropped.

Answered the phone with "Hello", robot voice claiming to be at&t and invites me to verify my passcode. Hung up and blocked number.

I called the number back this morning, Saturday, vm transferred me to a males recorded voice that also stated "this is not AT&T".

Wanted my AT&T account passcode. I called AT&T, and they advised me, that it is a SCAM. NEVER GIVE ANY ACCOUNT OR PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE!

Just got a call from this number at 10:05 PM.  1- I do not answer any unknown calls.  2- it’s after 10 PM!!!
After reviewing the notes above,  I’ll be adding this number to my blocked list.

Received call from 800-333-5500  at 9 pm. Said it was ATT and I needed to verify my password.  I have not had ATT in almost a year. I always wonder if someone  actually gives out their passwords ??!!

Robo voice calling stating with ATT Wireless wanting me to press one to verify my ATT Passcode.  Hung up on them.

Call don’t leave a message
