I have not answered the calls but someone named Hailey says to call her back at this number with extension 254.

Called an left a message to return the call.  The number gives no identifying info.  Haven't talked to them, nor will I.

Called and left a message for someone who is not my name. Only gave number and name of person- Bill Mack at ex.209. Did not give identifying information about who they were.

Its about loan consolidation and I dont know if it's some type of rip off or what but they use scare tatics.

They keep asking me to call Teri Jones at 254, three or four calls in a week.  We'll see how long they hold out.

Kelly Martin called from this number and said it was very important i return the call, gave me a case number & and extention of 273 at which to return the call.

teri jones ext 254, calling to say that i have an unpaid college bill.  i havent been to school in 6 yrs, so i asked her to send me an itemized bill.  she also mentioned that the payment that they want was not sent to collections as of yet, and wanted to know if id like to set up a payment plan.  ill wait for the itemized statement, thank you.

Received a call from Terry Jones ext 254. She told me to call back in reagards to a case number. thats all she said. From other comments it sounds like a prank. I havent been in school for 4 years.

Actually called from the following number;314-432-1944. Told me to call the 800 number. Left an extension and no name. I won't be calling back after i read the other postings!

Thanks for the info..the 1 800 number has been calling me as well saying that I left a bad number, with my MOTHER as a reference, and that it was important that they talked to me.  Sharks...all of them.

This is a legitimate business that works for universities nationwide.  If your receiving a call you should be able to contact your former university/college to confirm.

Did you leave an unpaid bill when you left school? Maybe you should call them

You should call them back and set up payments on your unpaid school bill, that is why they are calling you. Why do you hate someone that the school hired to collect money that you owe? PAY YOUR BILL!!!
