This is some kind of scam. When you call back they ask for your name and date of birth

I just got a call from this number at 8am in the morning. Receiving and 800# call that early? How annoying!

This is the number from Consolidated Credit Counseling Services in FL.  They are not a scam.  I have used them in the past and they are a reputable company.

Recieved a call from this particular phone number, 800-837-6464, Oct.24th 2013 @ 11:56 A.M..
No message was left on VM as usual. Just another B.S. phone call.
From reading several post, if this is a Consolidated Credit Counseling Service based out of FL., then they should only be calling Individual's  who reside in Florida who are in need of there services and not other states.

Got a call from this number today.  Caller Id says "no name"...therefore I did not answer. They left no message and hung up. I am  checking this website now to research who called me from that number.

Consolidated Credit is not a scam.  They're a legitimate and reputable company that helps with out of control credit card debt.  They are based in Florida but you don't have to live in Florida to get their services.  They may have contacted you because you're behind on your credit cards.  I am currently doing business with them because I have over $10,000 in credit card debt owed.  They were able to setup a monthly payment plan that combines all my card payments into one monthly sum with a better interest rate than what the credit card companies are giving me.
