Annoyed they called me at work fist and haven't tried my home/cell phone...plus they already sent me a letter that I just got in the mail yesterday and I'm less than 30 days late, which is when they usually start bothering you.  Granted I am late on the payment, but at least try getting me at home before bothering me at work.

I SO AGREE ,I GOT A CALL @ WK THIS MORNING ,THEY DIDN,T EVEN CALL MY HOME OR CELL ,MY NOTE IS DUE ON THE 6TH ==TODAY IS THE 10TH ,3 DAYS PAST DUE DATE,THIS IS VERY ANNOYING

Got a call my payment shouldn't be due yet, but because i was late last time my due date is now moved 10 days earlier. Now I'm late.

CarMax starts calling about 5 days past due date.  Not a friendly reminder, but a barage of calls.  SO, I will refi with someone else as soon as possible.  AND I block any number they try to call me on. Yes I go past the due date at times, I am looking after a family in hospice and I get sidetracked.   I would never sign up for CarMax finance again.

I have tried to re-finance my car. But carmax does not do that. If you figure out a way please share the information

Funny...my car note is paid early every month yet I continue to get calls. The calls come in around this time (5th) and continue until the 23rd...and my CURRENT car note is paid!!
If you want to refinance, go to your current bank and tell them you want to refinance. CarMax will have nothing to do with it and should not care because their loan is being paid off - the only thing they will be missing is the interest fees :)

This call is from CarMax.  My payment wasn't due until the 15th of the month, but they called on the 12th about a payment that had already been made for May, 2015.  I know when my payments are due and I also know when I get paid.  If I was 3 months behind, that would be one thing.  I'm caught up current - due for June - and have until the 25th to pay without a late fee.  I don't need to be reminded every month.  Totally uncalled for.

This number has called me Every. Single. Day. For the past 4 years. Leaving a message for someone I don’t know to call them back. Never give a company name but only different individual first names. I’ve blocked it but they still leave voicemails. Always say “this message is for Kayla. My name is “Diana” (or other names). Please return my call 1-800-337-3612 between the hours of 8 am to 10 pm eastern standard time Monday thru Friday thank you”

They left a message at work for someone else. I called to tell them they had the wrong number and they marked it as 'do not call'. Hopefully it takes care of the issue.

Carmax calling for an employee of mine. They have called almost every day. Why have they not called their phone?
