Carefully worded message "calling about your secretary of state compliance" which is nothing more than a scam to get you to think it is a state agency and you must return the call.  Total bs

I am a customer of Incorporate.com, which is a subsidiary of CSC Global.  They provide business registration and compliance services.  That doesn't mean they don't do sales calls too, but know they are a legitimate business, not a scam.  In this case I got a call from an agent letting me know she was taking over my account.  She followed up with an email from a CSC Global account.

Well, from the looks of the BBB page they aren't that "legitimate".  13 negative reviews.  Now, what I am wondering is why the BBB page says there are no complaints, yet they list 76 of them on the complaint page.  I'm thinking they got paid a lot of money to do that, which means that A+ was definitely paid for.  I guess the bigger question is why are you here?  You claim you knew all about the call, who it was that called and why they called.  So there was certainly nothing new you could have learned by looking the number up.  Which means that you are part of this scam outfit.  Only other explanation that I can see.

From someone who's been working in the legal field for over a dozen years:  Corporation Service Company (or CSC) is a legitimate corporation, not a telemarketing scam.  They're one of a bunch of companies that provide examiner and registered agent services.  However, they do usually communicate with their customers via e-mail (faster, and easier to keep track of what info is being communicated).  This number and others like it are mostly used to make marketing calls.  So, I'd feel free to let it go to voicemail; you can always call back if they're notifying you about something important.  :)

CSC is an eRecord service company.  They called me because I have an account with them.  Basically, they eRecord legal documents that have to be on record with county clerk offices such as real estate deeds, and other documents that you would find online with the clerks office.  For me it was a legit call so not sure why they would call you if you or your business does not have an account with them

You're completely wrong. It is a legitimate business but sometimes numbers change and that is reason for calls to non business places.

Not too bright, are you? Replying to a post made in 2017 about how numbers can change only shows you are just trolling nonsense. How do you know who's number this was back then or if it changed ?

You tried to shill here before and I proved that you and your company are crooks and liars.  I guess a lot of people are looking your number up and finding out that you steal money from people and your revenues are going down which is why you stopped back 4 years later to start doing damage control again.
