Got a phone call from this number. It is a machine which immediately puts you on hold, and then eventually hangs up.  Calls several times a day very annoying.

Got the same call as Linda with the exact same results.

I don't answer toll free numbers, or numbers I don't recognize.

When the answering machine picked up it said Please Hold and then hung up a second later.

This number has been texting and calling me for a while now and will not stop. I don't know this person.

Genesis Card co.  They issue various credit cards.  Asking for payment.

It says genesis credit card on the text. That is not the number on the back of the card. The text said I was overdue. I have a zero balance so not sure if this is a scam or what.

I get a text saying that I have a past due payment.  I check my account online and I have not past due payments.  I suspect this is a scam.

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number everyday. My husband and I have credit cards, but none from Genesis, and are all paid in full at the end of each month. We suspect that these phone calls are spam and will not answer. We now have the number blocked!

This number has called my business since November, our corporate cards are not through Genesis and suspect it is a scam

Went to voicemail and just repeated my first and last name twice before voicemail ended.

3 times they called in the past few days. I did not answer since I didn’t recognize the number. No messages left on all 3 calls. I called them and they automated answer said that they were Genesis. I don’t have an account with them! Checked my credit report just to make sure nothing fishy is going on. They seem legit but not totally sure.

I received a call from this number at 6 am pacific time. This is a true violation.

Got the call they asked for my old name three years ago I changed my name due to Identity theft and how it ruined me so I told her no I'm not that person and she hung up.

Genesis aka Destiny Mastercard

Received a call from this number say they are Genesis, which is a credit card.  Said it was about a business matter, assuming they are looking for money.  I have a zero balance and have not used them in a few years.  Looked on line, it the info on line is a different number.  Definitely a scam. do not give them any of your personal information.

This Genesis FS Card scam # has been calling my home everyday or every other day since June '22. This is insane, no way to stop it, no past dealings w/this co nor any past-due bills ever. Can't be legal.

Yes, I have a couple of Genesis cards and yes I'm currently behind in payments. However, their computer system seems to call my phone repeatedly. When I say repeatedly, I mean like 8-12 calls within a minute or two according to phone logs and call block apps that I use to weed out fraud calls. So why do they do that, call/hang up/call/hang up times 12? Get all the calls out of the way for the 24 hour cycle, or to harass? The last time I checked, harassment by debt collectors is kind of not allowed? I get that they don't give a rats @$$ but dayum.

No messages are ever left either. Leaving people to google numbers and whatnot. Or constantly report the behavior. Both, really, and it's like why?!
