The first caller did not reply.  they called back, I answered and CVS pharmacy they have special sale 80% off all medicines, tramadol, all sorts of pain medicines, erection drugs. V10216252200039  Optum Rx but  CVS name being used. // should be looked into by investigators, because Rite Aid drug store locally forced me into this, I have mental illness they say, a child sex crime victim, foreign, pharma engineering/business degree  and will never get anywhere, work with me, this V number varies with each call operator and sales, we used Global pharmacy or US pharmacy to introduce ourselves using foreign accents,

Call said my package can be picked up at my local post office.  Just how dump is this?

An outsource provider of OptumRX to inform RX requires a signature and to call back if you will not be home to sign for meds.

The caller left a message identifying himself as OptumHVP Cold Chain (?). He said that my package was being delivered today to the address requested and that I should make sure to retrieve it. The package was delivered with no signature required. This is the first time I have ever been called to alert me to a package being delivered. Perhaps something new?

Voicemail from Optum husds saying medication signature needed to call if you will not be available.  Never had a call like this before and with the covid we r not allowed to sign ourselves

I'm not on any meds and the call was that my meds are being delivered and needs a signature.

I contacted OptumRX.  This phone call from OPTUMHVP Cold Chain has nothing to do with them!

Same message as GJK above.  I looked up Cold Chain Technologies and it is a company that provides cold packaging for heat-sensitive medications (and other heat-sensitive items).  I also got a text from FedEx saying I was to expect a delivery today.  I have to assume the 2 are related.  (Yes, I am expecting a med delivery.)

Just got the same msg.  I am a customer of Optum Rx.  And I have meds ordered that should arrive ‘any day’.  I have been a customer for 6 months or so.  This is the first time I’ve gotten a call like this; previously was email.   I will contact the company directly and ask if this is legit.

Following up to a reply I made to GJK earlier.  The number is Optum Rx.   I use their services for meds delivered.  Received two texts today advising me of a package and sure enough, a package came.   I don’t need these texts and find them annoying.  Problem is, when you call Optum as a customer, their staff are very polite and helpful and they want you to leave a survey, which I find annoying, but I understand their jobs may depend on my answers.  However, that will not stop me from telling them the texts bug me!

800-356-3477 just called, if I don’t recognize the number, I don’t answer.

I didn't answer as the CID only read "Toll Free Call.  A message was left.  It was OptumRx advising of a medication delivery today which will require a signature.  One of the medications I take does require a signature and I am expecting a delivery.

Wow.   This number is actually a third-party phone number for OptumRX and other pharmacies!  I called OptumRX since we were expecting a delivery and they said they use third-party to help let clients know to expect a package.  Maybe it was a rush order, or it was critical timing?  I advised them that this third-party company is very unprofessional and need some serious training...she will report it to the proper people at Optum.

Shill alert! If you "get these calls all the time" there would be no logical reason for you to look up the number so obviously you're here to shill. In fact, I see several other shills have already posted in this thread.
