This company is nothing but a hastle.
YOU do nothing but get the run around about doctors and refunds take over four months to get back if you even get it all back. It is just a discount provider that will just take your money.

This is a scam!!! The rep. who 'sold' me (on the phone) told me this was a supplemental Medicare policy. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was billed in Feb, 2009. Once finding out that this 'insurance was nothing but a 'discount plan,' I sent them a letter cancelling the 'plan.' I was then told I wouldn't be reimbursed until May, 2009. Well, it's now June 1st -- still no refund. Stay WAYYYYYY away from this company.

Hi! My name is Miss Massey. I had to have a emergency operation. In oct. so I call healthcare one. while on the phone with the operator. she asured me that this would be the best way to go if i was looking for help as far getting coverage for insurance. so I signed up in sept. the first. they got there,money three days later. so I call
to make sure that i would have the help I need. and found that they was'nt a insurance provider. and the services,they do provide Is not covered in my area. So I sent the refund letter on the 24th, of sept. and I have made 22calls. and the operators I have the names and dates of when I called. here its been almost three months and I have not recieved my refund. what do I do? I am in recovery and can fully recover because I have to work. So my wond will not heal. I just want my money back. But it looks like i will have to take it a step further. Dose anyone have any suggestion. thank princess.

this company appeared on the tv and i needed insurance so i was happy. they took my money and they never sent me my packaged and i couldnt see the doctors. so i asked for my refund and they are giving me the runaround. i sent them my refund letter in jan.2010 havent receive anything yet. i called them over and over. this have been going on since nov.2009 this is a scam I want my money and I need it now!!!

We should report to the local BBB in AZ where they have offices at 3220 S. Fair Lane, #12 Tempe AZ 85282. They finally refunded a portion of our money 4 MONTHS LATER. And only because we sent a letter, faxed a letter and continued to bug them for months.

I am considering to build a blog site to expose them.
