I have never been late with any bill and yet I get calls constantly from these numbers.  Obviously they are fishing for financial information.  I do not answer any call from a number I don't know; but do check out the numbers online.

Blah  Blah  your an [***]. People would pay their bills if their company didn't outsource their job to India and leave them unemployed.

Delta Outsource Group Inc is just what the name suggests a group of collection agencies. Most not
so ethical as some. The callers tend to lie and mislead while phishing for info... major violations of FTC (and in some cases FCC) regulations.

Here you go... straighten these fuqers out.....

This is a "Debt Collector" by the name of Delta Outsource Group, which fraudulently uses other parties phone numbers to scam information out of people. Once they get enough account information they will access your bank account or credit card accounts.

Sorry, you're slightly mistaken. Just because you filed Bankruptcy and discharged legal liability doesn't mean they have to stop calling you as long as they don't violate the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. You don't have any legal obligation to pay them if the debt was discharged in bankruptcy so they can't sue you, but they can continue to pester you.

Nick, you;re wrong.  A bankruptcy is a permanent stay on ALL collection activities, including phone calls, from any collector, third party, original, or otherwise.  This has nothing to do with the FDCPA.  It DOES, however, have to do with the US Bankruptcy code.  

Do your homework.

Actually, let me qualify my previous post:

Because a debt which has been discharged with a bankruptcy is an uncollectible debt, it is covered by the FDCPA.  The FDCPA states that a debt cannot be pursued (i.e., a debt collector cannot 'make calls' toward the collection of this debt) if it is not collectible which a descharged debt is not (collectible).

The broader picture, of course, places a discharged debt under the aegis of the US Bankruptcy Code which provides stiffer penalties for violation.

If Delta Outsource Group has decided that it will ignore the prohibitions of the US Bankruptcy code, they will be lucky if the wronged party decides to go via the FDCPA route for a law suit since the penalties are considerably less and are often addressed in small claims court - I know how this works because I've done this myself with a debt that was discharged with a bankruptcy.

I do wonder, however, at how their insurance carriers view this reckless behavior and at how such a 'wild west' corporate environment affects their liability rates.

They have the right to call you between the hours of 8am to 9pm.

They don't have the right to use 20,000,000 different numbers to call 50,000 times a day.  The number of times they can call is limited, & they intentionally break the law by trying to make it appear that they're complying by using an insane amount of different numbers.

Outsorce group if you are reading this please go phuck yourselves. You waste more electricity with your harassing phone calls daily  then most 3rd world countries use in a year. Do all a favor and continue to violate federal laws so hopefully soon your piece of sheet company will die off so a new as&hole company can replace you and continue the vicious cycle.

Someone from this number keeps calling my mother in laws asking for my number says his name is mr. Black.....

You can go back to the bankruptcy court and file a motion.

They never leave a message, but call several times a day.  I might respond if they left a vm.

these nuts keep phoning me n tonite i told  them to GO TO HELL n laughed at them n hung up every one should do this to these morans , as i will never answer any 800 phone calls again but delete them as soon as my phone stops ringing. NO ONE HAS TO PUT UP WITH THIS TRASH!!!!!
