mentioned that I had a caller waiting on this phone line, but nobody answered, then they said they call back later.

Machine will tell you to hold and wait for an operator. After being on hold for a few minutes an operator gets on that spoke like a robot and informed me that my tenants gas bill with National Fuel is one month past due. They call quite a few times a day. Very annoying.

When ever pick they put on hold no response. Repeated calls with no message.

This is National Fuel Gas calling about a late natural gas bill.  I did not pick up the phone.

Received numerous calls from this number.  They call and hang up no messages left.  Very annoying.  Am going to notify the NS Attorney General's office, PSC, and other governing authorities regarding this company.  Plus I am going to file a lawsuit against them.  Had enough.
Come up Unavailable on caller id.  Last call I got was March 24, 2011 at 8:40 am.

I also got a call from 800-365-3234. It says unavailable!! VERY ANNOYING!!! Didn't answer the phone and they hung up on the machine!! I wish they would just knock it the h*ll off!!!!

It is 11:40 am EST and three phone calls so far this morning (first call was at 8:02 am) and not one message. I see where this is Nat'l Fuel (from other postings) which I am late on but the letter I received in the mail yesterday was enough reminder..... I did think there was a law of only being allowed to call once a day, just cause you leave no message does not mean you can call again - my phone log will show every call!

Got am automated call from National Fuel Gas (800-365-3234) saying that I requested new service and I need to call their 800 number.  I'm not even in the same state as this "company" and don't have a similar area code for this to be an honest mistake

Received several hang-up calls from an unavailable number.  They finally left a message about a gas bill due that was nonsense, since I live in a different state, and of course have no account.
For the record, it is a violation of law for any collector to place repeated hang-up calls.  The Fair Debt Practices Collection Act requires them to identify themselves by name, where they are calling from, and what they are calling about.  Second, you never have to speak to a collector on the phone (It is always better not to).  You have the right to correspond in writing. This does include making payment arrangements if you are late.  If you are EVER told otherwise, you are being lied to.
Document, document, document, learn and live.  Protect yourself, and keep them honest.

This is not National Fuel Gas, It is their collection company NCO very rude.
They have called twice. NF is getting to get funding from PA for my gas bill.

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said Hearing speech but it was national fuel for a late bill. They must be using different Names to get the people to answer the phones.

I question whether it's National Fuel.  I know I am behind on ONE payment and will be calling them Monday to make arrangements.  I'm waiting for my refund to come in, which should be next week.  I live in New York State, so I would assume the LOCAL National Fuel Company would call me.  If it's NCO, DON'T talk to them!  They are rude and disgusting!  Deal with them through SNAIL MAIL ONLY.

It seems to be National Fuel.  Our next bill isn't due until 7/28/13 and a payment was made on 6/28/13, so I question why they are calling us!  Well, they are blocked with Digitone.  If they want to contact us, they can do it through mail.

I answered the phone, but didn't say anything.  After about 10 seconds a tiny automated voice said "good-bye".  I'm not sure if this is the same natural gas caller as most of these, because my caller ID said "3234" for the caller and again for the number.  I do use natural gas through Cascade NG, but I'm never late with payments.

Just received this call.  The caller id left this number 8003653234 with the words Hearing Speech.  Yet, when I answered, it was supposedly National Fuel.  I'm going to call NF now and check for sure.

Some recorded message about payment plans for National Fuel. My say on this if it is National Fuel they are using a fake call id.

You are correct they cant call more than 1x in 24 hours. I work for a debt collector so i know the laws on this. Its crazy. They  dont even leave a message. Very strange they call from this number
