CallerID: WIRELESS CALLER; recorded female pretending to be from Experian about lower interest rates for VISA and Master Card; in 2014, this was a Forest Service Fire Communications Webinar phone number (www.nifc.gov/PIO_bb/webinar.html)

The number may very well still be connected to the webinar provider and was spoofed by the scammers who called you.  The scammers want you to "press 1" to be transferred to a live person who will go through the spiel of their scan and try to phish information from you.  They want to talk to you while they have you on the line using a spoofed number since having a number you could call them back on would mean the authorities could more readily track them down.
