no human to talk with....machine

repeated calls from a machine at all hours of the day!!!

got 2 calls today of a recording stating something to the effect of "keep holding for an important phone call"

got a call from this number, called back. they told me a credit card  which I have never applied and asked my last four ssn. is this a real number with HSBC?

never answer any unknown calls that asks for your card details. as per bank rules, legitimate callers/dsa's should use the number punching instead of asking the details verbally

Message left on answering machine.  Caller gave name, but not company name or affiliation.  She asked that I return her call.  I called the number very late at night, from a phone other than my home.  I received an automated message stating I had reached "Retail Services" and noted hours of operation.  No idea what this might be in reference to.
