I think it is from a service that says that can help lower your electric bill. It may be for an alternative energy supplier.

First received a call from 614-569-2793 regarding supposed utility bill discounts.  I was rude in response and the caller hung up.  THEN she called back from 1-800-365-6917 three times just to harass me.  On the initial call she said that she was from a company called "Consumer Choice" and repeatedly asked for my account number off my utility bill.  She also claimed to be from a non-profit and thus not subject to the national do not call list.  Clearly a scammer.

Was just rude to the piece of crap that called me from 347-502-2547 about "energy services". Then got 5 phone calls from 800-365-6917!

They call every night at 5 pm. The last 3 nights they called I pressed 0 and when they came on the line I blew a police whistle as loud as I could into the phone. They then called back and said we got disconnected. I blew the whistle again and hung up. They called a third time and asked who the hell blows a whistle into the phone so yes I blew it as hard as I could. Hope her earache gets better soon!
