- Joyce| 1 replyI have gotten several calls from the Frontier business number (on caller ID) saying my "information has changed" and to call this number to verify. I contacted Frontier and they said they have not placed any calls. Probably spoofing the Frontier number in order to get you to call the fake number and tell them your personal information.
- Seattle WAHuh. I'm getting EMAILS saying they have received a request to link a Frontier ID to my billing account and to call this number if I didn't make the change. Interesting to note, the email address they contacted me on is NOT associated with my Frontier account.
- Sweetie| 2 repliesI rec'd a postcard in the mail with the following message; "We have processed your request to change the Authorization ID on your account. If you did not make this change, please call us at 1-800-Frontier"
- Caller: Frontier
- MakiI also received an email stating the same thing and I do not even have Frontier.

- Larry SoCalI called the regular Frontier help line for HOA's and the rep and I determined that my new Windows 10 update to 19041.21 caused the Frontier system to flag my computer as an unrecognized device. The postcard I received from Frontier stated that they had processed my request to add or change the Account Passcode on my account. This was not true. The number on the postcard (1800-376-6843) and the address (PO Box 5165, Tampa, FL 33675) were both valid.

- J. O.There was a message that there was a passcode change on my Frontier account. It said if I made the change, I should do nothing. But if I DID NOT to call 1-800-376-6843. A search online produced a name D. Coakley Gonzalez. Phone source was unknown.
Previous to this I received a call from Frontier WC 1A4 on the 24th of Jan. inquiring about diabetic information. I hung up.- Caller: Frontier.com
- GloriaSaid they were Frontier with an important message. Left a message on my answering machine saying that my passcode for frontier had been changed. If I did not make this change I should call them back at this number. I didn’t call them back because I was suspicious and my old passcode worked fine on the Frontier website

- TMI received a postcard about frontier processing a request to update my billing address, etc other people's postcards. I called the number on my bill and asked about it. Finally after 10-15 mins of searching on their part and repeating numbers on mine (and the guarantee i WAS now talking to an actual frontier rep), it was discovered i had an account attached to my landline along with my actual account. May explain why i have such a hard time paying my bills online. Now i have to call during hrs monday and get the duplicate erased because of system error. Postcard is probably a scam, but also did a good thing.
