Yes they will call you for dept they think you owe but not really ... they always take the person word as sacred who you may or may not owe money too and it doesn't matter what you say.  And the B.S. scare tactics they use ... oh let me tell you the ways.  Yes good people of this site like all debt collectors they are nothing but snakes in the grass and THIS is putting it very nicely.   So before you deal with them get to know your rights and make sure you write down who you talk too (They don't use their real name by the way) the time and date and if you can the number they called from.  From there use your knowledge and if they violate the collection act turn them in.
