- BobI called the number, pressed 0, and then once a live person got on the phone, I asked to have my number taken off their call list. She (in this case) said she sent my request to the appropriate department to remove my number. Hopefully this will stop the calls & I hope this information helps someone else.

- MikeThis is really strange reading these complaints because we've always had great service with Humana/Rightsource. They always call to let us know the scrips have been shipped and we've never had a problem. Sounds like they may have some kind of software issue. This is a good company.

- sandianne replies to Boydno, its me and my taxes - and the money my 82 year old husband paid in his taxes. we've probably paid in way more than you have. your reply is purely selfish. do you have any older relatives? they may be enjoying this service, too.
- John JonesI keep getting calls from 800-379-0092 and I have never ordered any mail order drugs from them, but they keep calling every week and more than once a day. Most of the time they call and my answer machine comes on and they say nothing and just hang up, but the last time they called was to day 8-13-2011 and some women from there just Oh my about four times and in the back round you could hear some one else laughing. I have never answered the calls because I just figured that it was some one trying to sell me something.

- BillI opted for Humana for my Medicare D prescription plan, and Right Source is their mail order operation. I have used them for two years now and have had no problems at all with them. I usually do all my ordering and dealing via their web site and often they will use this 800 line to duplicate communications via the web. I just ignore these automatically generated robocalls, which are redundant. The products, shipping, service, and pricing are excellent, but it appears they could be more friendly with their communication policies.

- DianeI have Used RightSourseRX for three years now. I have never had a problem with them. I, too, wonder why some have a problem with them. Perhaps they should discuss it with a Humana representative in person. I find my rep to be most helpful.

- sheurekaAnother satisfied Human/Right Source customer. The only time they call me is to cofirm a prescription, remind me I need a refill, or tell me my meds have been shipped.

- **** replies to AnnoyedWe have no control over the people that we call, we are just waiting for the calls to come to us. We dont even manually dial numbers. So before you start calling names, get ALL the info that you need.
- Maria replies to BASRightSourceRx is a great place to work for, i've had an equal amt of people mad & greatful that RSRx is there ready to make an order, plus the only way meds get shipped to the wrong addr is because people dnt chg their addr in their profile or either they dnt realise we have no idea that they are currently at their 2nd house for summer or winter. If anything the environment their is great and the customers always have RightSourceRx.com if they want to place an order for themselves w/out blaming a Rep help them out.

- Ann Clark replies to Amu PatelThis is Humana's, by-mail, pharmacy calling you. Answer it.
- Heartbeat replies to CarolJust call them and tell them to put you on their do not call list if you don't want to be reminded of refills. I had to do this, they were worrying the heck out of me with the calls..
- LenCompany keeps calling using recorded messages. I haven't done any business with them, don't know how they got my number. Reporting them to the no call list and the attorney general's office of consumer protection.

- katrina replies to Totaly UnacceptableI totally agree they send my meds before I'm ready for them and I have massive amounts of them. They have to see this in order to see how much my Co-p;ays is for the meds. I also called Humana they gave me a comp;liant address: Humana Health Plans p.o. box 14546 Lexington KY.40512-4546. I intend on sending them a letter along with calling medicare.
I was also told they don't call before they send meds. I said "oh yes you do" I also was looking to save money with this company but... I willbe switching when open enrollment come around they truely do suck out loud as a company!!! I recommend no one sign up with them no matter what kinda saving they can offer. - bad replies to BASI have refills on several of my medications. When I go to reorder them I am told that the doctor has requested that he be contacted before any refills go out. I asked my physician about this and he told me "I don't write refills if I need to be called, that would make no sense". Duh! I also requested a refill on an expired prescription. When RightSourse requested a refill from my physician, RightSource put the wrong strength of the medication on the requested to my physician. My physician denied that prescription and ordered the correct strenght. I received the wrong prescription and RightSource tells me that they cannot fill the correct prescription because I have already received the medication eventhough it is the wrong strength. My physician's office has contacted them to get this straightened out but my physician's office is having as much trouble with them as I am. I have been using RightSource for about 15 months, and I am totally dissatisfied with their service. Their representatives have little knowledge in order to help people and their staff is extremely rude and hateful. Of course dealing with dissatisfied customers on a full time basis can't be any fun.

- Tom| 1 replyInteresting to see a few posters have had troubles with RightSource. Been with them for 18 months myself, and have had no such troubles. Sometimes frustrating to get to a responsible rep, but I always have my questions answered professionally. Posters using terms like "criminal" and "monsters" are revealing interesting personality problems.

- lesbaldridgefor you few people making comments about how wonderful rightsource is and you have never had a problem....thats the way it goes untill you do have a problem. i am disabled and count on them to refill my pain meds in a timely manner. they continuously play games , most of them including the supervisrs have no dea what is going on or they just cover theyre rears by outright lyeing. i really take issue with the gentleman who made the comment regarding people with compaints "REVEALING INTERESTING PERSONALITY TRAITS" . you sir either work for humana/rigtsource or your just a real ignorant person to make such comments. i have no choice but to fill through rightsource at this point, either that or pay over a thousand dollars a month for 1 med which is about what i live on per month. i sent my order which they recieved on fri the 29 of june. sat the website said it was in process. monday still in process so i called to check status. was told both my meds were on backorder and had no idea when they would be in, later that day i recieved a call from rightsource computers tellng me it was being filled. so i called and spoke to a live person , then to a supervisor and was told they were now in stock and were being filled. tuesday i called to check on them again as the website still said in process, and was told that one was on backorder and one was in stock and they would cant ship out a incomplete order, so i asked them to break the order up and send the one they had. later that day i called, talked to a supervisor to doublecheck and was told they were both in stock and would be sent out and i would have them by fri. . now its thursday and i call back again to see why they are still listed as unfilled and am told they are both on backorder and they have no idea when they will be filled. this is just one month, i have way worse storys about them. does this sound like a "personaity trait" to you ? in the future , if your having great luck with them please be grateful and hope it continues, but dont come on here making stupid callous comments blaming people that need their meds and due to humanas policys are forced to use their idiot mail order pharmacy. becaue trust me, you keep using them and one of these days your time will come. i have had months where they go smooth as butter and i have had months where i am literally trapped in a lmbo from hell with them. if you are forced to use them and have a med that you need, be smart and try to stockpile a month in advance one way or the other. either by using a little less than you are prescribed and banking the rest or whatever it takes.

- mummsy replies to Anne DI am a little confused as I am part of the Humana system as far as a person that gets prescriptions but have never had any prescriptions delivered so I am a bit confused as to why this phone # calls an average of 2x a day and the worst part is that no voice mail is ever left even to identify the source.
I was wondering if the person's post that I am responding to had been called since that initial call? I would think an entry into the national do not call list would prohibit multiple calls from somewhere that you are not associated with/do business with and have asked not to continue to call.
Thank you to everyone that has educated me as to what this phone # is associated with!
