Fraud alert!
Had this number appear when I was checking the activity on my bank account and it was accompanied with and email address that also availed to nothing. Called the number and it was a constant busy signal. About $30 has been taken out of my account each time.

I had the same issue. I was getting monthly charges of $19.98 and $0.19. My credit card statement listed WLI*Bill.com 8003820750. I initially called this # and got an immediate busy signal. I checked the website wlibill.com which resolved to Western Link International, which included the same # 800-382-0750. I was successful in connecting with Customer Service, however she was unable to assist, and gave me another number to contact (877-812-7136). I then called that number and was successful in connecting with customer service. And guess what? The same customer service rep from the first number answered the second number! We went through the same line of questions, and at one point I asked if I have just spoken to her (no more than 2 minutes ago!) and she denied.....Anyways, she was able to locate the disputed charge and cancel - I'm crossing my fingers that this cancellation is resolved. The charges were from a less-than-reputable dating site - don't know how, but it latched on to me.
