I have received 4 calls in the last 4 hours. This has been going on for the past week. How do I file a complaint.

Claiming to be from Microsoft and said my Windows license is expiring, I called the number they said to call to renew the license and asked them to remove me from the list since this is my work phone number and they are calling non-stop throughout the day.

woman has called for about 4 days.  Today there were at least 6 calls

Supposedly from Microsoft - I screen calls and they've called back at least 10 times today leave their number and hang up.  I listened to the message and apparently my Windows is ready to crash - baloney.

Calls started yesterday with beeps and today every 15 minutes since 9 am..I am told to call immediately  microsoft because software is being deleted from computer

This number is baloney..............after repeated calls, days in a row, I finally called the number  and he said the same to me that he's said to the above comments, that my windows license is about to expire.  I told him, so, and he said that my computer would crash.  I said, WHAT??? and he hung up on me.  This is bull.

Same as above claiming my windows has expired.  Wish I knew how to get rid of them.  Calling on my home phone so I cant block #.

Also received multiple calls from this number with the same robo-message. I decided to play with them to get a little fun from the intrusion. I called the number and spoke to a young man with an accent. I pretended to believe my Windows key had expired and spoke as though I had intellectual difficulties. I asked him to repeat phrases several times, insisted there were no keys on my computer, finally telling him, I had buttons. He wanted me to hold the windows key while also pressing the "R," I kept him going for some time searching for the key b/c there was pudding on my computer. After a lengthy attempt to type in a web address (giving up on finding the window's key), I asked if he would hold on b/c I had to use the bathroom. He agreed. I poured water in the toilet, flushed and ran water "washing my hands." I could tell he was off and on the line, but heard some of this. I thanked him and proceeded to ask him how he got his job b/c I wanted a job like his. He asked if I needed a job, what kind, etc. I then told him, it was not his fault for working for a scam organization, but then I started to yell at him and told him I was wasting his time just like they had been wasting mine. Yes, I do have a lot of time on my hands. Though, I am often sick and weak and have a form of ALS; so, having my phone hijacked by solicitors can be more than a mere annoyance. I miss important calls b/c I often ignore the phone; since 90% of the calls are from solicitors.

Next time you buy a new phone, get one where you can BLOCK INCOMING PHONE NUBERS.  We blocked the call that left a message (talk about STUPID) to call 800-390-2425 to get MICROSOFT back on our computer.  NOW when they call us again, all they get Is a busy signal.  We have Panasoic Corless Phones the old phones, and new phones we just purcashed (more fetures) and both the old phones and new phone allow us to block incoming calls...WORKS 100% better than the usless DO NOT CALL REGISTER...CONGRESS added this to the bill, that CALLS from the congressmen/women and senators can't be blocked  Yes, the same folks left them out of provision for OBAMACARE!!

They have called me daily for the past mont, the number changes frequently but it's the same cheap each rime

pretending to be Microsoft

They keep calling wanting me to pull up our computer.  Now telling me they owe us $199 and want to refund it but I have to pull up computer.

the number kept calling and the person claimed he is from Microsoft  asking that i opened my laptop to solve a microsoft related error

Call vm came in June 9th.  Caller ID read 1-800-390-2425.  Vm recording said "protect computer frm viruses now this is very important". Said to call same as above number.  They said they we're from NORTON security.  Needless to say, I didn't call!!
