this number calls me at work, just says this call is for so and so. please call this number, this is a collection agency and use this reference number. all barely understandable. the thing is. they are calling my work and other people pick up the phone and they listen. and say ooohHH its for you its a collection agency. its so embaressing. wish they would stop. it just pisses me off. there has to be a privacy policy violation somewhere on this....im so embaressed.

Receive NUMEROUS calls on our cell phone (800-390-7585) from Collection Agency wanting to talk to someone who IS NOT at this number.  REAL annoying  -----   getting SUPER TICKED OFF at this Lousy Joint (whoever they are , , ,   I guess > >  "Enhanced Recovery Solutions"  ? )

Getting this call about 3 times a day. Finally answered it and a female voice recording says Please hold for a call from ERC. Don't know these people or how they got my number.

Wait I remember these guys. They where my student loan people. Citibank took control of my loans from them and I've been with Citibank since. These dumb FU@K$!!

Next time they call you request they dont call you at work, or tell them you are gonna file a complaint with the Dept of Ag.  They have to stop when you request them to and if they proceed they can be in serious trouble esp callin you at work

I've just recently aquired a new cell phone number, and these "bottom-feeders" (collection agency), keep calling for the old tenant of this number.  I've explained it to them on several occasions.....not that it did any good.  I've now resorted to just hitting the ignore button.  Like a bad case of the Clap, you can treat it, but it just won't go away......

We arent the company calling you, genius. This is a site to report or complain about harrassing or weird calls. You want answers, either answer the phone when it rings, call the company back, or google.

Calls and leaves a message. Not my name don't even know anyone by that name.

This number keeps calling my father and I have not lived with him for 32 years!!!  He is a senior and they continuosly wake him up.

Repeated automated telephone calls between 8:00 AM and 8:55 AM to our home telephone number which we have had for 11 years. The calls are for a previous "owner" of the telephone number.  Requests to discontinue the calls have been ignored.
Any and all suggestions to stop the process will be appreciated.

I got a call from this number and did not answer.

Several years ago (I think 2007) Fingerhut kept calling me about someone in Texas who owes them money.  They were looking for someone who has a similar (not exact) name.  I told them that I have NEVER bought anything from Fingerhut in my life -- was not me who they were looking for.  I told them my REAL name,  The charges were for a person who lives in a city hundreds of miles from where I live.  I have never even visited that area of Texas.  Then the calls started asking for my exact name -- they changed their records to agree with my name.   Fingerhut kept asking me for my SSN -- I'm sure they would have put it on their records as that person's SSN,  They refused to give me any info about this phony charge saying it was "confidential customer info".  Yet they kept bugging me believing I was the customer.

Anyway the debt has gone to several debt collection agencies thru the years -- ERC is on it now.  I have a credit monitor and have never had any negative items on my credit report.  How long can they keep bugging me about this?

Under FTC they are not suppose to bother you at your employment that is a violation of privacy.

They  are calling starting at 8 in the morning and not even leaving messages.
