Same as above notes - letter from Jessica Bork at the "Vehicle Services Department" wanting me to call this number due to a price increase in my extended warranty on my car.

My mother Cynthia is deceased. Her vehicle was sold many years ago and no vehicle exists at the address addressed on the letter. The envelope had no return address, just "Personal and Confidential" where the return address would be. The letter only had a phone# 800-390-8501. The bottom of letter stated: "SSP is an independent contractor who provides extended vehicle protection plans on behalf of leading third party administrators. Programs may vary depending on vehicle use, mileage, state, and preexisting conditions. SSP is not owned or affiliated with any manufacturer or dealer,"   I have notified  the police, the United States Postal Service, and the Better Business Bureau.

Letters wanting money for my car warranty contract, which does not exist.

And the usual calls telling me that my warranty is expired

The same. A letter from Jessica Bork, Vehicle Protection Coordinator at Vehicle Services Department of Simple Save Auto, who wants me to call this number due to a price increase in my extended warranty (which I don't have) on my car.
They are not BBB Accredited (https://www.bbb.org/us/mo/weldon-spring/profi ... 0734-1000004439), although looks like they try to solve complaints.

All extended warranties are next to scam - a lot of money for almost nothing. Stay away, block the number.

This is a total scam, never give any information to those who don't have a return address on the letter

Dozens of warranty phone calls for a 16 years old car - and letters -  Vehicle Service Dept. - Does not any particular address for this dept. - SCAM< SCAM SCAM all the way to the trash can !!!

I received a letter.
Called them and ask them to remove my address. They hung up on me. Scammers should be prosecuted.

It's a very sad phishing attempt for the unknowing victim.  Shameful!!
