Left vm stating they are Capital Management Services, a debt collector, please call back. Yeah right, I don't have any debt for them to collect. They call almost daily, I'm getting fed up

This is a debt scammer.  They try to scare and harass you into paying a debt you do not owe.  A phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt!

They called today at 1254 PST. When 800 numbers come up in caller ID they are always spoofed-you can't call out on an 800 number. No message.

Claims my iCloud is hacked by 17 Nigerians. They did have my name and the phone number. Told me I needed to go to a store and buy a security account card and they would help me install it. When I told them I lived on a ranch in the country and the nearest store was 35 miles, they hung up on me.

"security account card" is their name for a gift card.  You put money on the gift card and then give them the numbers off the back.  They then cash the card and steal the money.
