- GuyYes, this is a scam. You call the number and it asks you to enter your card number, expiration date and PIN. No matter what you enter, it always says "could not be processed." However, your account will shortly be emptied or maxed out by these criminals.

Do not call this number back! Nobody should be asking for your PIN # on a credit card unless you initiate the transaction!! Any how, we havn't used a credit card in months which triggered me to a conclusion this had to be a scam and a random call. - Nils W. Sandstrom replies to SallyI got a text today and they asked me for my credit card number and pin when I called the 800 number. I was'nt sure what card they were asking me about.
- RebeccaI got a picture text saying that my card had been suspended. But, I didn't recognize the information and my credit card company doesn't operate like this. I was suspicious.
