recieved call middle of the day, I work nights. They are always calling but never leave a message, not going to waste my minutes calling them back.

Same as others on my cell except I hung up and they called back a 2nd time with a partial message about being removed then garbled message.

Called this morning. I Didn't answer, no message was left.  I am on the Do Not Call List !

Florida area code, do not live in Florida, cell phone. Did not leave message when sent to voicemail. Long recoded message of silence. Called 02/14/2011 at 11:55AM Central.

Called my cell number at 12:39 pm.  No msg. Funny how this is happening to cell users.  I suspect they are spamming by prefixes and extensions of them.  Fccj here we come!

Called cell 11:07am today (2/15/11). No msg.

called at 10:41 today.. i checked my message and it said " press 1 to removed"

what a shock!!!!

already disabled 1 one hour after calling!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

This number was disabled not even 5 seconds after they called our cell phone.
Gotta be a scam.  They didnt leave a message when they called. just hung up.

My husband and I both received phone calls, on our Do Not Call registered cell phones, this morning within ten minutes of each other.  We live in Florida and do not have a mortgage.

Must be a Florida thing. I'm in Florida too and got a call from this number on my cell phone while at work. I didn't answer, but I check out all unknown numbers that call me.

I keep getting this 800-395-1428 several times a day, I cannot block it, call it and get the "temporarily disabled" garbage. My cell is registered with the "Do not call registry" and cannot even get them.

I am 18, I don't have a mortgage nor do I want one! lol Why am I even on this list they have? I live in Florida too they called twice in a half hour so far.

Called today at 11:16 am. I Didn't answer and no message was left.

got a call from this number today 2 times. the first time i did not answer and the second time i did. They claimed that they were with Florida Home Owners Association and asked if i was behind on payments or needed help with mortgage. It is an automated call.. after this point i hung up. When i tried to call the number back it was a "disabled" number.

I've been receiving calls from this number, even though it's on my National Do Not Call list.  From some other reports on your website about these calls, I noticed that the Do No Call list is ignored.  So...what is the purpose of the Do Not Call list if it's not enforced?

Recorded msg. started with 'Notice to all homeoners'.    This is when I That in when I hung up.   I am on the FCC's no call list.
