Woman calling to speak with whomever handles the purchasing of our "laser print cartridges". I put her on hold to find someone and she hung up after 5 seconds... that's not nearly enough time for me to call up and ask if we're interested. Her impatience is putting her on my black list.

Woman caller that has zero telemarketing skills. Tells me that we are on a return call list to purchase ink and toner. Woman was advised that she was running a scam and we are on do not call list. This is part of the toner pirates group that appeared a few years back. Never in 20 years of tech have I or any company I have worked for utilized this type of service, nor should you. Just so you know, they get your CC number, charge it for a nominal charge, you NEVER get any toner and then the card is sold to another at pennies on the dollar.

If she called your business, there is no such thing as a Do Not Call list.  The Federal Do Not Call list is solely for residential numbers and personal cellphone numbers. Still a scam though.
