- samanthai have had 2 calls in the last 2 days from this company. they keep asking me for my friend. when i ask them what this is about they are rude and unprofessional. this last call the lady hung up on me. the only question i ask is what it is regarding. the first lady finally said it was a bank matter. so i took the message. the second lady would not even say that. how am i supposed to know if it is a ligit phone call and not someone trying to steal my friends identity. i refuse to be apart of that. i tried to contact them to let them know the situation and it says i cant get through. i find this to be harassment, since they are calling my phone that i pay for in my home. i want it to stop. my friend says he doesnt even bank with this company. so what is going on?

When I called back, they could not find any information matching my cell number or name. The lady apologized, but it was weird because the lady that left the message said my name.- Caller: Premier BankcardT3V3
- seriouslyEven after telling them repeatedly to call my lawyer and giving them my lawyers phone number, they continue to call. Apparently they have never heard of or don't feel they are also supposed to follow the guidelines of the FTC's consumer trade act that says they have to stop calling the numbers they have for you after your FIRST request and that calls after that that are documented (I am so glad they leave messages and that cell phones record numbers) are subect to $1,000 fine per phone call if you choose to pursue ...

- Ticked offI received a phone call today 1/9/2013 and a message was left on my voicemail that I need to have my son Chance call about his credit card. The call came from 262-703-1977 and it said to call 1-800-395-9733 to talk to them. I called and they asked me for my name, phone number and social security number. The phone operator said I need your social security number to check our records. I instructed her that companies do not ask for social security numbers over the phone. I said you have my phone number take me off your list, she said well I will still need your name, phone number and social security number to remove me from the list. I said this is phishing and I am filing a complaint with the FCC I am getting multiple calls.

- PeterO| 2 repliesHERE IT IS...Premier Bank Card!! THIS IS TO EXPOSE THE COMPANY>>>>HERE IT IS>>> 800 395 9733. For some time, they would call me with a false number on my caller ID and hang up on me when I would ask them who they are and what they wanted. I would call that number back and the automated phone voice says the number was either disconnected or out of service...after they just called me with THAT NUMBER. Then they would call me with "PRIVATE NUMBER" on my caller ID. I started to pretend like I was going along with them and finally got one of the employees to give me the REAL phone number. I called that 800 395 9733 as that was the number given to me and I found it to be their REAL number. I told them that they were about to go to court via the ATTY GENERALS OFFICE. They TRIED to deny they have a call center and I told them that I'm not as stupid as they want to play me. The supervisor asked me for my number to look for it in their data base and found it. I told her if you weren't calling me, the why is my number in your system? I said to make myself clear "This number is to be taken out of your system and that I have YOUR INFO NOW and if I get ONE MORE CALL, I GO INSTANTLY TO THE ATTY GENERALS OFFICE!! I encourage you all to do the same as I did. In fact, go to the ATTY GENERALS OFFICE..ANYWAY!!! Others will still be affected by these people and we need to set them as an example for the rest of the telemarketers!!!

- Webrat55 replies to PeterO| 1 replySomeone got a credit card from premier, with a starter credit limit. Spent it...and is not repaying. That simple. If premier is calling....it's legit debt. Someone isn't telling you something.
- yef replies to Webrat55Seems like you are protesting too much posting the same message over and over, replying to posts that are 5 years old! If the debt and company is legit, why are they asking someone else (not the alleged debtor) for their SS#? Where is the validation of the debt that's required by law?
- DFT Mgt.We have gotten several phone calls from this number in our company car on the car phone. They ask for someone who does not have any connection to the company. I have not called them back.

- JThis is First Premier Bank Card. I do have a card with them, and missed one payment. Since the due date that I missed, they have called at least 4 times a day, every day, including Sundays. I made a partial payment but still have $13.00 past due. So naturally, the calls are increasing in number. Once I get paid on 5/1 and pay enough to get current, I'm going to drop these clowns. Miss ONE payment and they treat you like you are Bernie Madoff or something.

- TeachThey have left me at least 20 messages, usually without a message. Finally, someone asked for someone who was not me and left the 1-800-395-9733 number. I typed it into Google and it lead me to this page.
I would assume this to be phishing and will not respond. Some commenters have referenced First Premier Bank, I do not have a card with them and am not late with any bills. If it were a legit collection agency, they would send you written notice and/or leave a professional message. - Ashlee| 7 repliesI work here. This is First Premier Bank's credit card company, Premier BankCard. We do not call any numbers that are not in our system. if we call your number, either you, or someone you know, listed your number on their credit card application or told us your number was a good number to call them at. If you miss your payments, your credit card goes into our internal collections. By law, we can only leave one voicemail every 5 calls. If you don't answer our calls, they will continue until you make your payments and get your card current. If you are calling us back from a number NOT on your credit card account, then, yes, we either need your full ssn or full credit card number to access your account. We are not telemarketers and we are not phishing. We are simply collecting debts owed to us.

- MidNYteStorm replies to AshleeFact 1: Debt collectors are known for harassing innocent people by calling outdated numbers.
Fact 2: Debt collectors are known for refusing to listen when they are informed that they have reached a wrong number.
Fact 3: I know these are facts because it has happened to me. - BigA replies to AshleeSo is there a valid reason you looked up this number? Considering you must know everything there is about it. Looks like you are one of those usurious card companies that plans on people being unable to pay so that you can tack on hundreds in fees. I also have to question why Firefox is blocking your card application web site due to it being dangerous to go to. Installing viruses on people computers as well?
- Yoda1725 replies to AshleeAshlee, does employer offer those fee harvester cards? You know, the ones that heave nearly 30% interest?
I was blocked from trying to apply, too. Why is that? Can you answer my questions? - Yoda1725BBB gives them an A Rating with 345 complaints in the last year.
