Same thing. It is 7:45pm and I just received the 5th call of the day on my cell. That makes it the 13th call in 3 days.  This suddeny started about a week ago and gets more aggressive every day. I also called back the 800 number from a different phone and gave a fictitious name. They tried looking me up by my name and the state I gave them (my cell is a PA number but I now live in OH). They told me they couldn'f find my name so next time answer the call s they can verify my info.

Like hell I will.

We are in a debt consolidation program.  This IS GE money - you answer and there's no one there, but they say, "Please wait........."  They are trying to get a payment rather than settle with the program I am in.  This group is calling from India.  I couldn't even understand the person and had to ask him to speak more clearly because of that reason.  I just took a message, told them the person they were calling wasn't home and I then report them to my debt consolidation program manager who sends them a note NOT to call as we are in the program.  They used to call me from a different number and then I marked it on my cell phone and when that number was used, I have it on no ring! They have many tactics.  So far they aren't winning!

They are GE money - we are in a debt consolidation program and they are trying to get a payment from me rather than negotiate with the debt consolidation company.  I was told not to answer the phone.  They call an average of 7-8 times a day.  Never leave a message.  I did answer once to try to figure out who they were (because the number comes up "unavailable" and told them the person they were calling for was not here.  They gave me a number to call back which is this one.  The person spoke with a very heavy Indian accent and was extremely difficult to understand.  I had asked at least three times to speak more clearly as I could not understand his accent.  He gave me this number and said it was GE Money.  It's either debt consolidation or bankruptcy as I am dealing with a multitude of medical bills from a cancer diagnosis.  They have already called four times in 2 hours today!

Same thing here.  I just got a call from them today.  I hardly understand what they are saying at all. They ask me to verify the last 4 digits of my social security number which I refused to do.  I don't know who they are, they suppose to give me the ss # and I will be the one who will verify whether it's mine or not.  I asked them for their number and this is the number they gave me.  I googled it and then came across this.  I think these people are trying to get information from people.... Don't know what they are going to do with it.  scam??? who knows.

This is GE Money...they have been calling my number for MONTHS looking for someone that i never heard of before.  I have asked them numerous times to remove the number, but they haven't.  I have even threatened them with legal action.

This is Care Credit aka GE Moneybank. They sent me an email with this number to contact them but the email was 'noreply' so I had to call...Hmmm, you can email me but I can't email you?

this number called me and it was Ge Money~ for Discount tires. Watch out they want money with no reciept..

Let's give them a taste of their own medicine. Everybody call them back and just don't say anything. Do it multiple times each day and call their different phone numbers. I have a list of 10 of them. If everybody does this then they should get plenty busy wondering who is calling them. Here are some numbers you can call. They are all GE Money:

I am on a Hardship Plan whereby automatic payments are being taken from my checking account.  GE MONEY:  STOP CALLING   This is a infringement into my personal life and your continuous calls are perceived as harrassment.

GE MONEY .... CARE CREDIT   HAS ACQUIRED A BAD REPUTATION AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST BY ALL CONSUMERS.

I get dozens of calls a day from any one of GE Money Bank's various phone numbers.  Like everyone else, I live paycheck to paycheck.  Decisions are made and some bills don't get paid.  Calling is not going to make matters any better

I sent a certified letter with a return receipt to the GE Money Bank address that is listed on the BBB's website.  They should be receiving it tomorrow.  I have a feeling I still will be getting calls from their dozens of numbers, even when I have asked them to stop with their phone calls.

You keep calling me all different times of the day . I am79 years old with a very limited budget ,  trying to live alone ,with two artifical legs and a brace  on my left ankle and have been in the hospital twice in the past 6 months. I can't even pay my medical bills or get only part of my medication , so the church steped in to help me . I would like to pay you , but you don't even state how much I owe you or what for , all I get from you current payment due . If I were to write you a check  it would bounce as there is no money in my account its at a minus - 207.00 dollars right now. After I get my social secerity done in Feb. I will try to get cought up. GE Money is part of the whole "GE" conglomerate... they are the biggest exporters of weapons to other countries as well as appliances.  So, think about that next time you need an appliance and simply do not buy from a GE appliance.  They are a global monster and do not care if they have correct numbers or not.  I have been keeping records of the calls so I can take legal action against them.  I want to be able to show a timeline of abuse by GE money.

Paid what we thought was GE Money Bank and askd for receipt when we had made the final payment, this company is not sending the receipt. The ppl on the other end sound like and have said they are in India. Will contact the Attorneys General for information pertaining to this company.

I got an email from GE Money saying that I missed my payment of $25 and to click this link to pay immediately online or call 1-800-399-5166 to pay over the phone. I have not had my credit card from GE Money for over 2 years. The card I had with them has been paid off for 2 years. They have not tried to call me but all of the sudden I got this email today. The email has lots of random numbers along with # and & symbols. gemoney@email.gemoney.com is the email that it was sent from.

Calling several times a day, from early morning to late night, seven days a week.

They keep calling my work cell phone and it is obnoxious because I think every time I get a call there's something wrong at my job.  They call early in the morning on the weekends.  One time I called them back and got a man who definitely sounded like he was in India.  I asked him to take my phone number off of their list and he said he would.  The calls have persisted since then without avail.

Has called 6 times today to my cell phone. No messages left I am trying to WORK!
This is GEMoney who I am in dispute with and who last week I was hung up on twice last week mid conversation when I did pick up the phone, by the same rep, "John" the second time after calling back to make a complaint to his supervisor. When I called back after the second hang up it took me a significant period of time and demands to get to a supervisor the next time.

The first time he hung up on me it was when I asked him to explain how I owe $360 when my payment is usually $105!!!

I have already told them to STOP CALLING ME!!! I am going to sue them for harrassment and that I log every call on my blackberry!

These ppl called my job and threatened to "come & get me".  Needless to say, my manager was kind enough to give me the heads up. When I got the number and called them back, it was a collection agency about a unpaid pay day loan!  No you didn't call my job and threaten to "come get me" to my manger and co workers, and never once was I served, or a notice sent!  I havn't heard from these ppl in 2 years and thought my debt was paid!!

I have another number beside the others listed above I have gotten calls from them all day long on my work and cell I just ignor the calls and have my ringer set to off.  Its a pain because the stress levels definetly go high I have high blood pressure, diabetes, I am in physical therapy for my neck and my back and have three degenerated disks in my spine.  I wonder why these sob's can continue to operate and why doesn't the better business bureau or the Consumer protection agency do something?
They prey on the people that cant affort a hugh dr bill so the feel its there right to be able to harrass them.

Ignore them but keep track of how many times they call you and the date so if there is ever a class action lawsuit or somethin against them you have documentation.  If they leave you a voicemail get a recorder and record all messages
