This number has  been showing up on my phone and never leaves a message. I returned the call right away but no-one picked up.Answer machine said the voice mail box belongs to a "Warren Miller". How very annoying!!!!!Everyone should keep on calling this number every free second you have even in the middle of the night!! I know I am going to.

This number keeps calling and never leaves a message, I called back twice and it said to call a diffrent number for talk america, the last time I called back it claimed to be Wells Fargo Card Services and wanted my personal info can someone do something about these S O B s

Are you guys a Wells Fargo customer?  Someone left that number on answering machine saying I've been sent a 0% introductory transfer offer. I'm a Wells Fargo customer. When I called, it claimed to be Wells Fargo and asked me to enter my CC #, but I was not sure if it is a phishing attempt, so I called the # on back of my WF CC instead, and the operator did confirm that the # 400-9423 belongs to Wells Fargo.

So, if you're a Wells Fargo customer, CALL THEM and tell them NOT to call you with ANY offers, about ANY additional services.

This phone call is a scam their identifying as wells fargo and they immediately wanted my credit card or bank number- Be careful
