I tried to return a call to this number.  The phone rang several times before a woman picked up and simply answered "Hello," as if she was at home.  When I asked what business this was, she replied "who is this."  I repeated my question and she very rudely let me know that once I gave her my name she would give me the information I asked her.  She was very rude so I just said goodbye.  I'm assuming it was a collection agency.

This woman, Cathy Martin calls my work, clients that i do business with and my home. She has spoken to my children and asked them if they were alone at home and how old they were and etc. Of course they were frightened. I am considering calling the police as she is harrasing my family. I want to notify her that she is to cease and desist from calling me at home, work or anywhere else. She has never indicated what this is about. If she wants to contact me and tell me what this is about, she can mail it to my house. Any suggestions?

These clowns are Central Credit Services, a debt collection agency.  They try to collect on "zombie" debts...past the SOL (check your state's Statute of Limitations for credit card debt).  They have a multitude of phone numbers (22 that I know of myself).
