    Okay, I just call them, the guy who answered claims it is a Mortgage mitigation firm of some kind.    I just received a letter from my REAL mortgage company stating to be VERY WARY of these so called Mortgage "help" companies, most will just take a large sum of money and do nothing, others will play legal twisty games and actually get you to sign your home to them and then they kick you out, don't give ANY info whatsoever to these bottom feeders, all stating that they are FHA or using Stimulus funds and so forth, its all a lie... go to your bank, call them, don't give ANY info out to ANYONE who claims they are here to "help" --- the only ones that they want to help are themselves to your money and your property~~~
