Got a call from this number. They did not leave a message. No idea who it is.

I had the same experience and just called the number back.  It's Barclay's Bank with a promotional offer - if you call the number, you'll get a recorded message, which will give you the opportunity to put your number on their "do not call" list and stop them from calling you in the future.

I'm already on Do not call list.  Yesterday morning 'unknown caller'; this afternoon this 800#. Unlisted, non-published #, blocked line, DNC list - NOTHING seems to stop phone solicitation.

I hate getting calls from numbers I do not recognize but I love coming to this site and seeing that someone else has seen this number and that at least I'm not thinking I have a stalker or something out there.  Thanks everyone who reports numbers you have no idea how helpful it is to all of us who get a number that makes us nervous and we can come here and find who it's from and it makes such a difference in one's day. :) This one showed up on my work phone but I do have a Juniper Bank c-card so that takes care of that!

This is definately Barclay/Juniper Bank credit card company calling with a promotional offer.  The only way to stop them from calling is to call the number they give you during the recording and ask to not receive any more calls...of course you have to identify yourself by givng out your SS# so do proceed with caution.  I just called their # back and got a recording, and I do have a Barclay/Juniper credit card.
