Saying there from windows and my computer has got a bad virus that is flashing everyone my codes. So they would walk me through a set of things in my computer to fix it. Yeah right the more I said I would look up tbis phone number before I let them do anything the louder he got and more he insisted it was urgent. This is second time I got this call.

supposedly Microsoft calling about a technical issue on your computer.... im not that stupid

Said he was calling from Dell   Too busy. Said I would confirm authenticity and call him back.  Sounded suspicious to me.

The company that is using this number is  AT LAST WEBCOM SOLUTIONS and they pose as representatives of major companies such as Dell.  My experience was nothing short of stupidity on my part but I am in touch with my bank and the Sheriffs Department  who have taken over and are aware of  the company  and the money they scammed from me.

Got a call from 301-2015 on caller ID says my dell computer is sending them alerts that my computer is infected want me to let them remote in then when I refused gave me 1-800-401-8238 to call back when I had time. Says they are Dell Support.

I got very scared, he told me he was from Microsoft and that I had to buy protection, I didn't give him any information and he told me to call 800-401-8238 and ask for Kevin
