    When phone was answered male said he "is calling from Windows about a problem with my computer".
    Don't know where call originated, but speaker had a heavy non-English accent.   I hung up the phone.
    (No doubt he would have been able to remotely fix a nonexistent problem with my computer for hundreds of $$$$$$.)
