- DebraReceived two emails from someone with this phone number stating one was a receipt for Norton Security 360 for $329.00 the other was for Firewall Security 360 plan for $449.98 with an invoice number. They both had the same phone number. The second stated it was from a company called PC Solutions Miami FL. I called the number from the first email and told them I did not order anything for Norton product and to cancel. The guy wanted to send me a code and then give him a call back once received in text and give it back to him to verify it was me. Did not call him back then a couple of days later received another email for the order of the $449.98. Called and put a fraud alert on the 3 credit bureaus and they also advised to have no more contact with that phone number. From what I can tell no charges have been made to any accounts I have. The first email did not have a company name but the second did. Both emails gave the number to call to cancel or dispute.
- Caller: PC Solutions
- EllenI received two similar emails as above. Stating that they were automatically debiting my account and to call 800-431-6318. Surely a scam.
