hang up or defective automated call

Non-stop calling during my working hours.   I don't even live in the district anymore but haven't changed my number and no person on the call to request being taken off the list.

So far Sun 2/24/08 this number has called 4 timesand rang my phone a long, long time each unanswered call.

Automated call from Ronnie Earle for election of Rhonda Hurley  (democrat)for Travis County, Texas district judge.  Attempting to return call, I recieved "Call did not go through."  Calling the published phone number for campaign, 512-926-0165, I received "Press 9 for Pat." but no further response when I pressed 9.

Diningoutforlife.com called me twice today from this number with an automated recording

called four times in a row.  If answered, disconnected.  If not answered, disconnected after two rings.

Someone with Caller ID "800-441-0704" called my cell phone (in area code 303) and hung up when I didn't answer.  No message was left.  Don't know who it was; but I suspect it was a political robocall of some sort.  This happened on 10/23/2008 around 5 PM, which seems to be the prime time around now (2 weeks before election day) when I've been getting these robocalls.
