I get calls from this number several times a day.  I tell them I am not the party they are looking for and to take my number off their list, but they continue to call.  Turns out these charges were made by my ex-husband who continues to give out my number as his own.  He also visited this hospital long after we were divorced, but it makes no difference to these people.

Definitely a scam.  Called my land line during the week. Caller iD said Medical Center of Mesquite Business Office. Calling in regard to a medical bill for a name I couldn't understand. Left a reference number, which is standard. When you call back you get Dallas County Medical System. And guess what?  There are magically no operators available to help. They called again today, which is a Saturday. No medical billing office I know of is open on Saturdays.
