I've received several calls from this number over the past few months.
While they may have the correct last name, they keep asking for someone who does not live at my phone number.
I've reported it to the police as harrassment.  The officer I spoke to said he was going to follow up on it.

Got a call from this number, a Mr. Shereden (his spelling) was attempting to reach one of our old employees. He stated it was an "emergency" and that he needed to speak to this person right away. The "emergency" was obviously a ploy. Rotten tactic.

Would not give detail of business name. Was told the person would more and likely not call unless they knew what it pertained to....with good reason. There is a lot of fraudulent activity that occurs these days. Just how rude can someone be...she informed the roommate that that was fine that this call was being recorded and that was all she could say -that it was a business matter and that she was not given permission to say the company. Now we know that you can give name number and company name. It is acct number and balances that are not allowed. So there will be a note being sent to this business about the unbusinesslike matter of it's employees.

Continuous Harrassment to my Work Place via "Academy Services". We do not appreciate wasting time answering Collection calls - DO NOT CALL OUR BUSINESS AGAIN or we will file a Harrassement Charge. If you have dead-beats you are trying to collect debt from contact them on their PERSONAL PHONE NUMBERS, Not business numbers.

Certified letter will shut them up!
Send a Certified letter to the CA stating you are the wrong person and they must immediately stop contacting you. Demand proof of any debts in your name within 30 days. Tell them if they continue to call then you will sue them and request the max amount allowed by law. And if they do call again then REALLY SUE THEM! These CAs have no proof of debts and have little clue how to respond if you sue them. Easy money for you!

I got a call from Paul Nash at this company last July. My voice mail picked up the call and it was marked at "urgent". Mr. Nash left his name, the file number I was supposed to refer to when calling back, and the phone number and extension I was to call back to. The message asked for me by my married name which I haven't used since 1992. That means, if it's a debt collector that debt is waaaaaay beyond the statute of limitations and had to have expired even before the bankruptcy I filed in 2000.

I work at a trash company, and the majority of our employees are on trucks on a route all day. We keep receiving calls from a Mr. Gray saying he needs to speak with one of the drivers and that it is a very important matter. We have explained to them a number of times letting them know that the drivers are on route and do not carry cell phones and will not be able to speak with them, but it doesn't stop the phone calls.

I have received calls from this number on my cell, my wifes cell and my business phone. They claim to be from the litigation department and demand to speak to me or they will make decisions for me. The call was not identified as a collections call but base on other calls we've received, we think we know who is responsible.

I believe these calls were generated by Citifinancial who has already sent a summons via Sheriff to our door, called and hung up numerous times and made other threats against us due to late payment that is not even two months late at this time. We plan to send ACS a cease and desist letter and then sue if required to get them to stop harrassing us at work and home.
