this is a bogus number.  they want to confirm your account numbers so that they can rob and steal from you - everything that you own.  
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION and report the fraudelent [***] ASAP.

This is actually from FIA Card Services/Authorizations & Fraud.  FIA is licensed to issue some cards like Amex, Visa, etc. for companies like Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Bank of America and many others.  
Why?  Ya' got me but it's a legit number.

I got a call from "cardmember services" wanting to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. When I asked their number, this is the number they gave me. I know the "company" that called me is a scam, but thought someone might want to know that their legitimate number is being given out.

They are scamming they just try to pull it this pass weekend with me n they wanted my credit card number but me being a smart cookie i google the number n look at all the comments ,,,,its fraud dnt give up ur credit card cus they eill empty yous out n your accts...and the funny part all government's offices close at 4 pm they are not open at 6pm on friday nor open on Saturday nite at 6pm...so do me a favor go empty your moms acct out n leave us alone with your frauds....point, blank, period stupid idots....now laugh at that...jajajajajaja

have called me 6 times, said they were from a pharmacy. have asked them to stop calling me 6 times. called there number, answering box said they are not set up to take massages. so I am reporting it as fraud!!!

Voicemail from Bank of America fraud department. They had specific details about something I'd put on a customer feedback form and recent card charges. It is very unlikely that this information would be known to scammers.

Same. I filled out an online banking feedback survey then got this call a few days later. Of course the lady just told me to call them back and left no number. When I returned their call they couldn’t find what I was talking about. I think they themselves just aren’t organized. Even her name wasn’t clearly pronounced.

If this call was legitimately from your bank, they would have record of the call. The fact that they didn't and that the caller didn't state her name clearly strongly indicates this was a scam call.

They claimed to be from BOfA. I don't have a BofA account.  I hung up. Then they called my husband's phone.

Might be, but any scammer can spoof the number and pretend to be from BoA.

Just received spam call from this number (05 June 2023). I declined the call as it was saying potential spam. Then I received a voice message saying that they are from Bank of America check fraud department asking me to call asap their number at 877-887-8935
