Called at 6:05 am. dont have house, but what a jolt this early in morning///They should be arrested/

This number calls me about 4-5 times a day; they even went as far as calling my father because he is listed as my emergency contact.  I canceled my services with Platinum Protect for this reason.  When they called, I am at work or just walked in my house and I do not have time to speak with a representative a bout upgrading or any other nonsense.

Company name is "Monitronics'.   A fake monitoring system in association with "Platinum Protection", a door-to-door home security sales SCAM  from Provo, Utah area which sends salesmen/installer teams out to various cities all over the nation during the summer. They do not even have a license to do business in some states.  BBB has ordered them to cease and desist.  Consumer Reports magazine cautions to never do business with DTD's.  Plenty of other complaints found on Google.

This company is BOLOGNA. They called me at night, asking me if everything was okay. I said yes, so they sent the POLICE AND FIREMEN to my house. I am still confused on why. Not to mention their constant calling.

They are a pain in the a$$, however the are not a fake monitoring company. I cancelled my service with them over one year ago and they still send me bills. They totally suck.

This was a legitimate contact from Monitronics resulting from my alarm going off.

they called my job 10 times before i answered.  the guy asked calling for accounts payable.

They called me last night close to 10:00 and woke me up - robot-call.   Have never heard of them.    Up all night in aggravation....doing something about it.

I didn't answer. They left a message about a burglar alarm somewhere. It had nothing to do with me.

Legitimate call. There was an alarm sensor malfunction early this morning - but it reset. This afternoon, they called me. However, it was not a break in, just a bad sensor. Normal business, and they did attempt contact on both numbers they have for me.

I got a call from this number at 6 am this morning.  Very aggravating since I was still sleeping and even more so since I am not a of customer of Monitronics nor have any connection to them.  Since I am on the national do not call list I will be filing a complaint.

Got a call at 2 am to tell me there was a breach in my back door security. Don't have back door security- or any for that matter-. At least it sounds like a real company and not someone trying to determine if they can come and rob me.

Valid call from Monitronics alarm company. My elderly father-in-law hit the panic button on accident and canceled it right away. They called me to verify the cancellation, and offered to send police if it was valid.

Just got a call from them on my cell. Never heard of them before.

Get a call about once a mounth

They call every once in a while because of a distress signal coming from my front door sensor. If I could take the cover off I could change the batteries and it would be all fixed...oh well at least I know they are attentive to these things.
