got a text on my cell phone from this comany called indeasesolutions.com/visa saying my debit card has been blocked and wants me to call it and reactivate it   tried number to check it out and rang 2 time and hung up

Received a text message on my work cell phone disning my Visa card has been "blocked."  Since I don't use my work cell phone number for non-work communications I know the call is a scam.  Just for kickds I called to see what I was told.  Called and heard several clicks and then no answer at all.  Rang and rang.  Called back and same thing.  

If you call this number do not give them any information as it is probably an identify theft attempt.  If it is a valid business call they should be able to provide you with your information.

Got a call from this number saying same thing that my visa was blocked, the only visa I have is the one issued from my bank, my bank sent out new cards a few months ago indicating that there was a breach in security any many cards had been at risk , there fore got a new card , assuming that I pay my cell phone bill with my visa , hummm... in any event this is a SCAM !!! do not give any information. Visa would call you directly to talk in person , NOT send you a text message , the scammer does this because they can mass spam people and the 2 clicks you hear when you call the number back is the 800 # they they use can't handle the call volume. Hope someone finds these jerks and press charges for fraud.

I also got this call the other day.  As an employee for a bank in the credit card fraud department I obviously suggest giving them no information as well as everyone else.  If you ever get the call or similar ones that are suspicious, please just call the number on the back of your card and ask if there are any problems.  In the occurrence that I have to make outbound calls, some people are suspicious of why I am calling.  We tell our customers to do the same thing and from my understanding, most banks do the same.
