I'm sick of getting call's from "800" numbers. I'm on the "do-not-call" list but I still get calls at least 5 time's a day, when I do answer- they hang up! I no longer answer and they leave no message.

They know my name; it is said from a computerized voice. Then the human woman talks and says something about "calling regards to business you are conducting". I'm not conducting any business... I just work for a living like most folks. No other info is left, and I am reluctant to call back since I have no idea what this is about. They say it's urgent, but how can it be if they won't tell me what it's about???

I continously get calls from this number and I am on the do not call list!  Why is it that we are still getting calls from these numbers!  I do wish that they would stop!!!

Same here, I get these call's all the time, I am getting sick of it, I will not call them back, if it's that important, tell me what it's about other than "calling in regards to business you are conducting, I'm not conducting any business, I'm retired, leave me alone!!! I guess the next thing is to have the phone co. put a block on this number.

1-800-453-4238 is a collection agency, they are violating law by not identifying themselves as such when they call.

Received a call from "CFC" in New Kensington PA regarding a collection.  The bill in question had been paid in full so I just told them to 'Cease and Desist' and called the hospital to verify they made a mistake.

They called my mother's phone number and left a voicemail message saying they were calling in regards to me and about conducting business.  I have not lived with my mother for 30 years.  I am married and have a different last name. How could they get her number, and who are they?

This a debt collector from New Kensington PA. They will torture you about money owed. It is usually for medical bills. The one hospital system here will not even give you a chance to try to pay money owed if your uninsured. Even if you have applied and are waiting for charity care to pay or Medicaid through the Welfare. Their offices in Ohio send it over to this Collection Service Center, so as to keep you from using the charity care or Medicaid to pay for it. Be aware the the Allegheny/West Penn health system and it's hospitals who offer the charity care or accept Medicaid, this is their billing offices in Toledo, Ohio. They are just rotten when it comes to you being uninsured. But to send your bill to them before you can get your approval through Charity Care or Medicaid  to pay it, is just illegal in my opinion. Why would you even apply for this to get it, if the reason you did can't be paid for because the Billing sends it to collection right away, within 30 days of your doctor/ER visit. The Business is called Collection Service Center in New Kensington, PA. The must use the 1-800 to mask who they are. I get a automated message saying, this is for you personally, not a telemarketer. If you pick up, then someone will get on the line. They are not approved by BBB and do have complaints against them.

I did call the number back but did not say anything. They answered, CSC. Which is, Collection Service Center. The phone book shows a different number for them. So they must use the 1-800 to prevent you from knowing who is calling so you pick up or call them back.

I called it back and got a lady and told her my number to get it removed they was looking for the previous phone numbers owner well its not me stick it up your ass idiots!!!  So we will see if I get anymore call losers.....

keep getting calls from 724-767-1011 then they say call 1-800-453-4238 no name was given.  Told them before no such person was here and that I have only had this number for 1 month and not to call again but they still keep calling and if I don't answer they leave a message with the 800 number. But no company name is ever given. so when if finally decided to call the 800 number they say You have reached the Collection Service Center no one ever answers.

You own money to Humility of Mary, St Elisabeth or St Joseph.

I received the same message and returned the call. They are calling about a collection account from a pediatricians office my daughter nor anyone else in this family have NEVER been to.

I have a Vonage account with a 814 area code while I'm stationed in Japan and I'm getting calls from these guys in the middle of the night.  Message tells you to hang up if your not the one who they are looking for - did that - and they just keep calling. I called the 1-800 number and left a message and if it doesn't end soon I'll be contacting the FCC.  One nice thing is that Vonage save the messages to my e-mail.  Evidence.
