Addendum to previous posting with regard to Vietnam Veteran's Association which is indeed an affliate of Vietnam Veteran's of America.

Below is a copy and paste from the Vietnam Veteran's of America website to which I have just sent an e-mail requesting removal from the call list associated with their Vietnam Veteran's Association call list.

I can only hope it works.

FYI, Charity Navigator, the charity rating site, also does not have a rating for Vietnam Veteran's of America
How can I get off of the VVA calling list?

Call your local VVA calling center explaining that you would like to be taken off the call list or email hgsp@vva.org and include your name and address in the text of the email and "take me off the call list" as the subject of the email.

all my calls from the Vietnam Veterans of America are always welcomed.  Every phone call received was unsolicited.  I have received mailings from them for clothing donations and such.  The only time they call me is to confirm a pick up for donations. Unlike Amvets and Good Will, VVA accepts all donations and will pick them up from your home.  It is an awesome organization.  My whole neighborhood gets involved and we all try to do coordinate our fall and spring cleaning so we can make arrangments for our pick up at the same time.
