I received a call from this number. The person, Jim Wilson, was very rude. The company is Southwest Credit or South West Credit--Jim refused to explain further. He has repeatedly called this number looking for someone who doesn't use the phone number. When I tried to explain this to him, he gets very belligerent and calls me a liar. When told that I don't want him to call here anymore, he accuses me of being the person that he is looking for.

If you are having trouble with this company, you can try to call them back but I doubt it will help. Their phone number is 1-800-462-3892 and Jim Wilson's extension is 2382. However, if you ask for a supervisor, Jim refuses to transfer you because you are not the person he is looking for (Yes, I am not the person they are looking for when I want a supervisor, but I am the person they are looking for during the rest of the conversation). If you do want to talk to a supervisor when call the company at 1-800-462-3892, do not mention the employees name who is harassing you until you have been transferred. If you do mention their name, the operator will transfer you to that person's phone and they answer it will an alias.

These are very rude people. I suggest people should call their number 1-800-462-3892 and talk to them. Remember, for every minute that you waste of their time, it's a minute that they cannot conduct business.

I hate this company, Southwest Credit. Its people keep calling me during the day when I sleep, since I work at night. They are looking for someone that I don't know. The people are very rude. Several people here that explained how rude they are with their verbal threats and assaults.

If these people call and harass you, you should take steps to prevent them from doing so. First, call them back at 972-246-5900 and ask for Jim Hurt (if they even bother to answer the phone). Jim Hurt is the CEO and you can yell at him about his rude employees. Second, connect the Better Business Bureau since Southwest Credit is a member and currently has 29 unresolved customer service complaints (BBB doesn't consider this a large number). They should leave you alone after doing all those things. I know I had to do every single one of those to get them from calling me about an unknown person. They don't care what you think about them, but they will care when the BBB strips their accreditation and the state and federal government makes them accountable for their actions.

To let you know Im on the do-not-call list, but how they got my husband's landline I don't know.  About SW Collections out of Plano - yea I asked who it was when I called back the 1800 # not knowing out of curiosity who it was it was ATT's collection agency - just behind owe but 300 and got a D. Kathy on the phone and told him my job search problems and with no running car he told me he wasnt stupid he was smart and heard all this before that I should nt have got a luxury.  Well, he said he'll just put a refuse on this acct and kept wanting to baligor me and accuse me that I need to be getting my story straight.  I never felt the utmost  personal disrespect out of someone I dont even know.  Can  collections agencies have that right to talk and treat you like some a peace of dirt.  I am a church going lady with a child at home and in school I dont deserve this.  I never got that treatment out of IRS and I owed them 800 dollars - gee I could name but Im very upset.  Well I called back after he hung up on me for going off at him and got a supervisor and told him about the guy how very unprofessional-personal they acted.  Also, I called ATT and talked to them and even they apologized for his behavior.  Well if anyone wants to chat they are welcome to but email me at cebra239202@yahoo.com  Hey You arent alone.

They call me at 8:06 a.m (It was a recording saying it was a collection agency) last Saturday Feb 28, 2009, asking for a person with my name regarding an ATT account, asked me for SSN that I refuse to give, finally appeared that the account they were calling about was closed several years ago. Monday March 2nd 8:49 a.m, same call but this time with different account with ATT,  a rude lady asked me : "why you don't go ahead and pay this debt? Dispite I was explaining to her that I don't undersatnd the reason of her call. What can I do to stop this calls?

There are several companies that for a fee, will provide you with all the informations on anyone including Phone numbers,( cell,landline), addresses, names of husband, siblings and previous addresses.
Nowdays every info.is available for a fee.

Received six calls from this number in a four hour time frame.
All on my cell phone while it was turned off (I was at work) they never left a message.

These people have a mental problem. They keep calling me about paying $58.00. I even have a letter from ATT saying that I don't owe them anything and it was nice doing business with me and they hope in the future that I will do business again.

So I don't get it ATT UVerse says that I am paid up and don't owe them a thing but these [***] that keep calling stating I do. So I started calling them back. I figured if they want to keep calling  me then I can do the same so Screw Southwest Credit.
