I've been getting calls from this number, and when I answer, I hear the call transfer to another location with ringbacks. The answering party, through a voice prompt menu is "1-800-FLOWERS." I have no connection to this number at all, and have never ordered from them at this number, or probably any other numbers.

The exact same thing happened to me.  I heard the call transfer to another location with ringbacks.

I've been receiving calls that, when answered, switch to another phone ringing, as if there is a telemarketing organization that is not effectively routing calls.  I saw the 800 468-1141 number today; previously I've been seeing caller id messages referencing a 300021 number.  I would like to know the source of the calls in order to explore options for legal action -- harassment, ignoring do-not-call list registered numbers, etc.

Telemarketers selling Anti-Virus software. Comes in on caller ID as 300018, 300021 or as 800-468-1141. Evidently this company is using forged/spoofed caller id services and seems to be coming from India/Pakistan per the accent on the other end.

Report these incidents to www.ic3.gov.  It doesn't take long.

Call from 1 2401137.  Said the purchase I made on 1800FLOWERS was not available.  Recommended another bouquet for only $44+.  I heard a child in the background.  Accented English was similar to India/Pakistan region.

I said I wasn't able to look at that product right now but could later in front of a computer.  They gave me product code 90787.  I asked for a number to call back.  They gave me +1 800 468 1141.  I looked up the product code on 1800flowers.com.  They name they gave me tied back to the correct product (not hard for them to do).  I called the customer service number on the 1800FLOWERS site and wasn't able to get through.

I did make an order of flowers today.  They did have the recipient's name correct.  They had my order details correct.  Don't think I will use 1800FLOWERS anymore if my information is that readily accessible to others whether an inside job or intrusion into their database.

I ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers and they were never delivered.  They sent me an email apologizing and said that they would be delivered a week later (today, 09 May).  The email was signed
    "Rahul R Sharma
    Sales and Service Specialist
    custservice@1800flowers.com"

It's obviously a hoax, and I am out $60+.  I'll never attempt to use 1-800-Flowers again

Called me 4 times in rapid succession. I finally answered on the 4th call - as that had given me enough time to look up the 800 number in this forum.
I heard the call transfer to another location with ringbacks, and after about 20 seconds a woman came on the line and stated she was calling from 1-800-Flowers. She spoke with heavily accented English.
She stated she was calling to apologize to me, that flowers my husband ordered  for me for Valentines Day were not delivered. Not delivered TWICE!
She stated that she's aware that this mistake on their part "Probably made you grumpy", but it's not my husbands fault. And hopefully I/We will continue to use 1800Flowers in the future.
I responded with "Is that all"?, she replied "Uh, yes". I then hung up on her.

Did you call 800Flowers to make sure they're who actually called you? Just because people say it was doesn't guarantee it. Scammers spoof legitimate numbers all the time.

I placed an order with 1800Flowers on the internet, and this number called me back 10 minutes later.  A lady with a thick east Indian accent left a message to call another number.  Another east Indian put me on hold for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I hung up and called back.  This time she said the local florist could not deliver the flowers as soon as they said on the website.  Needed permission to deliver at a later date.   Legit Call.

Its 1-800-FLOWERS.  Came across as UNKNOWN so I didn't answer but they left a voice mail.  They were asking about a recent order I had made and had issues with.

I received a call from this number 800-468-1411 and I send it to voice mail. It sounded like someone was there but didn't leave a message so I blocked it. I never prdered anything from 1-800-flowers. It's a scam call.

I ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers (online). I received a voice mail from 800-468-1141 saying my order was unable to be delivered and I would get a $15 credit.  I checked my order status, all ok. I called the real 1-800-flowers and they said the order was and no notes of problems.  I will not use 1-800-flowers again.  The spammer was able to get my phone number and info.
