    It belongs to the Alabama Department of Health. When I answered the call music immediately started playing. After about 30 secs to see what would happen A woman who sounded based on call quality, accent, and background noises like she was calling from an overseas call center. She asked for (who I assume is) the previous owner of this number. I told her she had a wrong number, she apologized and immediately hung up.
