There was $54.11 charged to my credit card I would like to Know why?

Join the club, just had it debit 49.99 three times.  no idea why.

yeh I got a call from them...telling me i've been reported multiple times on xbox for random stuff lol.

Talk to your kids, haha. It's Microsoft Xbox Customer Support. They probably purchased Xbox Live or Microsoft Points.

This is an Xbox number, but be careful Hackers may try calling your home spoofing/using this number pretending to be Xbox/Microsoft

It is a hacker trying to get information about how much money you make and it is a scam

Someone is spoofing this number .They are calling for visa collection agency with this number

The usual scumbag collection agency, deserve to be shot, never leave a name or call back number because they are afraid someone will do so

The same thing happened to me today. So I called xbox and they said they weren't the ones that called me.

They called me and told me that my console was going to be "refunded"... I never asked for it and they immediately wanted a check or credit card number... they are using this number to take advantage of others and I suggest not even answering the call in the first place.

Called saying my Xbox Live account was getting suspended for using profanity and racial slurs. I called them they claimed to be Xbox. They asked for my phone and email.

I had cancelled subscription as we no longer have xbox but now they keep calling for survey at the most inconvenient times.  Customer service was great, she was helpful so I don't mind but at least stop calling while people are working or eating dinner......

DId not answer - never had an xbox so presumed scammer. They left no message.

I tried to order a cake online but before I did I looked at its contacts information and seen it was in Brooklyn New York and seen it had a 800 number so I called it to see was it legit it kept saying the line is busy

They have tried charging my card 4 times for $7.57 but gets declined I only use this app to transfer money on the spot don't keep money in there
