Got a call from this number, didn’t answer. Voicemail was something about if I didn’t receive the letter to press 1. Woman’s voice with accent. Blocked and deleted.

Did not answer. They left a garbled voicemail to press one. Then the call goes dead.  Phishing scam for sure.

Left no  message. Deleted and blocked the number. I swear I get 3 or 4 bogus calls a week from all different numbers.

“Consular notification...if you did not receive a letter, call...”  then Chinese language, all left on vm. Now with enticing background music, too. New development of attempt to scam Chinese speakers into calling and providing info, by frightening them about immigration or banking documents.
